Case · 01 · Foundation

From no website to live and bilingual — in two weeks.

Isaoune Travel had zero digital presence. We built their first real website, fully bilingual, with an admin they can run themselves — and shipped it a week ahead of the standard Foundation timeline.

Live in 2 weeks.

§01 · The agency

Who they are

Isaoune Travel is an Algerian travel agency offering a broad mix of cultural circuits, outbound trips, and religious tourism. Their clients book across Algeria, the Gulf, Turkey, Tunisia and Europe — but until now, those clients had nowhere to find them online.

§02 · The brief

What they came to us with

We came with one ask: build us a real website. We don't have one. Our clients ask for a link to share, we have nothing to send. We want to be found, we want to look real, and we want to update offers ourselves without calling a developer every time.

What that looked like

  • No website — clients had nothing to find when they searched
  • All inquiries handled through phone calls and WhatsApp, untracked
  • Multi-lingual clients (Arabic + French speakers) had no consistent reading experience
  • No way to publish or update offers without third-party help
§03 · The build

The build

Foundation, delivered in two weeks instead of the standard three. Four pieces of work landed in parallel: the public site, the bilingual content layer, the admin, and the inquiry workflow.

Chapter I · The website

A custom site, built in 2 weeks.

We designed and built the site in-browser — no slow Figma rounds. Premium boutique-agency design, mobile-responsive from the start, with destinations and offer pages structured around how their clients actually search.

  • Custom design, not a template
  • Mobile-responsive across all devices
  • SEO foundation — metadata, sitemap, structured data
  • Domain + year-one hosting handled by us

Chapter II · Bilingual from day one

Arabic and French, side by side.

Every page exists in both languages out of the box. The structure was built around bilingual content from the first commit — no afterthought layer bolted on. Their team writes in whichever language they're more comfortable with and toggles for the other.

  • Two languages live at launch (AR / FR)
  • Per-language SEO + metadata
  • Right-to-left layout handling on Arabic pages
  • Add languages later without rebuilding

Chapter III · An admin they run themselves

Offers, services, blog — all theirs to update.

We refused to lock them into our calendar for every small edit. The admin gives them a dashboard with this-month KPIs, an inbox for bookings, and full editors for offers, services, media, and blog. Their team was trained in a single session and shipped their first offer the same day.

  • Dashboard with monthly KPIs at a glance
  • Offers + services + destinations editing
  • Media library + blog publishing
  • Mobile-friendly — review on a phone

Chapter IV · Every booking, captured.

From WhatsApp-only to a real inbox.

Each offer page has a Book now button that opens a clean modal — name, phone, email, travelers, optional message. Submitted bookings land in the admin inbox with the visitor's details, the offer they wanted, a status field, and internal notes. The team responds within 24h instead of losing the lead in a chat thread.

  • Booking modal on every offer page
  • Inbox with visitor details, offer reference, status, notes
  • Status flow: New → Contacted → Booked
  • WhatsApp button kept as a parallel channel — no behavior forced on clients
