Platform
§01 · Who it's for

Who Platform is for.

Great fit

  • Established agencies (3–15 staff) whose tech stack is fragmented
  • Owners who say things like "CRM here, itinerary there, email somewhere else"
  • Agencies launching their full digital presence at once
  • Owners ready to pick one decision-maker (themselves) and commit

Probably not for you

  • Solo agents on host-agency bundles
  • Mass-market agencies competing on price
  • Agencies needing heavy custom integrations or legacy migrations — that's Pack 3
§02 · What you get

What you get.

Everything in Foundation, plus the platform: CRM, booking flow, AI suite, role-based dashboards, and multi-language out of the box.

01

Everything in Foundation

Pack 2 includes the full Pack 1 deliverable: custom website, multi-language, SEO, admin, year-1 hosting + domain. The Platform features are built on top.

02

A full CRM

Built into the same admin. Same login, same UI. Designed for boutique-agency volume (10–200 leads/month) — not Salesforce.

  • Lead capture from every inquiry source
  • Custom pipeline stages — you define your own sales process
  • Multi-stage funnels (luxury vs group vs corporate)
  • Contact history per lead — emails, notes, status changes
  • Notes, tags, assignment with one click
03

Booking inquiry workflow

Better leads come in, better proposals go out. Replace email threads and Word docs with a real workflow.

  • Multi-step inquiry form (destination, dates, guests, budget, preferences)
  • Itinerary builder — draft multi-day plans with reusable blocks
  • Send as shareable link or PDF
  • Client views, replies with changes, you update
04

AI suite

Three AI features included. Tuned to your tone using 5–10 of your existing offers as reference.

  • AI copy polish — rewrite descriptions in your voice in seconds
  • AI offer generation — brief in, full offer draft out
  • AI inquiry assistant — on-site chatbot that qualifies leads
05

Role-based dashboards

Different views for different people. The owner sees revenue, top offers, conversion. Staff see their queue and stats.

  • Owner view: revenue, top offers, conversion rate, lead sources
  • Staff view: assigned inquiries, response time, conversion
  • Pipeline health (stuck leads, time-to-respond)
06

Multi-language (3 languages standard)

Built for international luxury, adventure, honeymoon, and wellness clients. 3 languages included; more are add-on.

  • Translation structure built in
  • Agency supplies translated content (we can recommend translators)
  • Per-language SEO + metadata
§03 · Timeline

Six to eight weeks. Four phases.

A predictable rhythm with a soft preview at week 3 — you see a working site before the platform features land on top.

  1. Week 1

    Discovery workshop

Kickoff workshop (2h). Sitemap, brand, content strategy, pipeline structure, language choices, AI tone setup. Intake form. Domain decision.

  2. Weeks 2–3

    Foundation

Website built. Catalog populated. SEO + analytics + multi-language structure. Soft preview of the site by end of week 3 — you see a working result early.

  3. Weeks 4–6

    Platform

CRM + booking flow + itinerary builder + AI suite + dashboards built on top. Each feature reviewed live as it ships. CSV import for existing leads, offers, destinations.

  4. Weeks 7–8

    Launch

Final QA. Two live training sessions (admin walkthrough + CRM workflow). Full video library recorded for every feature. Soft-launch then full launch. 60-day support window opens.

§04 · What's not included

What Platform deliberately doesn't do.

Platform is the standard. The boundaries below either become add-ons or signal a different pack.

  • 01

Payments / checkout / deposits — Stripe integration is an add-on.

  • 02

    AI email-draft replies — that's Pack 4 territory.

  • 03

Custom third-party integrations (accounting, supplier APIs, etc.) — Pack 3.

  • 04

Migration from a complex legacy CRM (non-CSV) — Pack 3.

  • 05

More than 3 languages at launch — add-on.

  • 06

Client portal / member login for travelers — Pack 3.

  • If you need custom integrations or unusual workflows, Pack 3 Custom is built for exactly that.
